History

Rodolfo Contreras is the owner of Optimum Star, a building maintenance company that provides excellent customer service. Our company was founded in 1993 by Markus Fankhauser who was proactive and attentive to the clients. This has had the positive effect of strengthening existing agreements and opening the door to new ones. Today we continue to grow and become part of our customers daily lives by providing satisfactory maintenance services.
